Buyer FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
For branded bikes, MOQs typically start at 20–50 units depending on the model. OEM / private-label programs start at 100–200 units per model. We're flexible for first-time buyers and market-testing orders.
How many bikes fit in a container?
Roughly 120–140 bikes in a 20ft container, 240–280 in a 40ft and 280–320 in a 40ft High Cube (boxed or knocked-down). LCL shipments start from about 10–20 units.
How are lithium-ion batteries shipped?
E-bike batteries are Class 9 dangerous goods. We ship with full IMDG-compliant documentation — UN 38.3 test reports, MSDS and proper DG marking — through DG-certified freight forwarders.
What warranty do the bikes carry?
Warranty is set per manufacturer — typically 2 years on the frame, 1 year on motor and battery, and 6 months on wear components. Critical spares (batteries, chargers, displays, motors) are available for after-sales support.
Can you put our brand on the bikes?
Yes. Our private-label program covers spec selection, custom branding (paint, decals, logos, packaging), compliance configuration and factory coordination.
