How long will it take?
Choose where the goods are made and where they're going to see indicative port-to-port sea freight times. Air freight typically takes 2–6 days door to door.

Stage 01Supplier qualification
Background verification, authorization checks, factory capability assessment, reference checks and sample evaluation before the first bulk order.
Stage 02Order-level verification
Part-number and specification cross-check, visual inspection, random sampling for dimensional and functional checks, and quantity reconciliation.
Stage 03Pre-shipment inspection
Full carton count, packing-list verification, product condition check, labeling accuracy and photographs for your review.
Stage 04Third-party inspection
Buyer-appointed inspections are welcome. We coordinate with SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek and others before loading.
Stage 05Documentation review
All export documents checked for accuracy, HS codes verified, and the full set cross-checked against your LC or import requirements.
